Marketing preferences are stored in the customer profile, not reconfirmed at each visit. Unsubscribed customers must not receive promotions. Email campaigns remain disabled.

2 · Treatments & pricing

All new invoices remain Draft until manually reviewed. Up to four treatments per invoice.

3 · Reminder

Scheduled for internal review only. No automatic marketing emails.

4 · Internal mileage only

Save a Home address and a permanent Work address once. Destination automatically follows the customer address above. For multiple customer visits, record the complete route in the final invoice of the journey; do not also claim overlapping legs on earlier invoices.

Mileage log is automatic for every visit. If the route is not ready, save a draft and the log will say Needs Route.
